2. What is Orderbon?
Orderbon is a SaaS platform that lets restaurant businesses create their own ordering app. This privacy policy covers the use of the platform itself (registration, dashboard, managing your account). Each restaurant operator is independently responsible for their own restaurant app.
3. Data collected
During registration and use we process: name, email address, restaurant data, payment and billing data, as well as technical usage data (e.g. IP address, browser, log files).
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to provide and bill the service (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations ((c)) and on the basis of legitimate interests ((f)), e.g. to keep the platform secure.
5. Payment processing (Stripe)
We use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) for payments. The data required for the payment is transmitted to Stripe. More at stripe.com/privacy.
6. Hosting & data processing
The platform runs on a secured cloud infrastructure. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all service providers.
7. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
